Outdoor Parking

Simply complete an electronic lease agreement for your desired lot location to secure your parking space! All of our tenant documents are located in the "E-Signature Documents" tab at the top of the page and within each lot location page. 


Still have questions? Call our office at 386-437-2173 or email us at info@premierparkingus.com. One of our experienced team members will answer all of your questions and help locate the perfect parking space for all of your outdoor vehicle storage needs. 


We require all of our tenants to complete a lease agreement packet prior to move-in. The lease agreement packet includes the lease agreement, vehicle information form, and autopayment authorization form. 


After submitting the lease agreement packet for your desired lot location, you will be contacted by a member of our team to finalize the move-in process. 


All documents for each location are located in the "E-Signature Documents" tab at the top of the page and within each lot location page. 


We accept all VISA, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards and ACH bank debit payment methods. Auto-billing is required for all tenants. All forms of payment automatically process on the 1st of each month through the automated billing system.


Tenants can access their account through our payment portal to make a payment or update the payment method on file for auto-billing. The tenant payment portal can be found within each lot location page. 


Tenants signing in for the first time will be required to set up their account prior to gaining access into the payment portal. To set up your account, you will need your unit number (parking space number), 6-digit gate code, email address, and password of your choosing.  


Tenants may also contact management via call or text at 386-437-2173 or email at info@premierparkingus.com to provide new payment details and to process payments or assist with setting up your account through the payment portal.


***Please be advised that the tenant is still required to complete and return a revised autopayment authorization form for reoccurring monthly payment processing approval. This form can be found in the "E-Signature Documents" tab at the top of the page and within each lot location page. ***


Please complete and return a revised vehicle information form to management. This form can be found in the "E-Signature Documents" tab at the top of the page and within each lot location page. Tenants may also provide updated vehicle information to management via call or text at 386-437-2173 or email at info@premierparkingus.com. 


Unfortunately, we do not accept reservations for parking at this time. Due to the high demand for outdoor vehicle storage, spaces are assigned on a first come, first serve basis. However, we always strive to accommodate your needs and encourage our prospective tenants to contact our office to inquire more about your vehicle storage options and get answers to any questions you may have.


Call our office at 386-437-2173 or email us at info@premierparkingus.com to notify management of lease termination/move-out. 


Once the assigned space has been cleared of ALL tenant property, tenant is responsible for contacting management to confirm space vacancy in order to finalize the move-out in our system and avoid future payment processing. Tenant may be asked for picture verification from tenant before finalizing move-out in account.
