The gate access app allows tenants to effortlessly gain entry without exiting their vehicle when arriving to the lot, using their cell phone or cellular device. Notify management of any issues or problems found within the lot or the gate and upload photo reference, if desired. 

In order to create your account, you will need your assigned space number, gate code, email address, lot location code (544), and your password of choice. 

Tenants with multiple assigned spaces only need to create an account within the app for one assigned space. The app will automatically link all assigned spaces occupied under one account. 

1. Make sure you have allowed your GEO fencing to be turned on. If you do not have this function set to "ALWAYS  ALLOW" on your cell phone, the gate will not work properly. GEO Fencing setting can be found in your device's location settings, listed under the "Self Storage App."
2. Make sure to disconnect from Wi-Fi service on your device, as the location address associated with the connected Wi-Fi server may be outside the keypad perimeter radius. You must be within 80' to 100' radius from the keypad on site in order for the app to locate the keypad and send signal to open the gate when prompted. 
3. Completely close out and restart the app to ensure the settings have reset on your device before testing the app again to open the gate. 

No, the gate access app is not required to gain entry into the lot. Access can be made by directly entering your 6-digit gate code into the keypad on site. Press clear before entering your 6-digit code, followed by enter/# button, the keypad will beep three times before the gate will begin to open.
